The Recycle Bin folder would have been full so when you deleted files, that is why they are not redirected to the Recycle Bin. Second reason when users select Recycle Bin property 'Don't move files to Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted'. In this case, files won't get stored in Recycle Bin when you erase them through Delete key. However, it's not the end!!!
